Products Introduction :

Because the product used in a variety of chemical raw materials contain benzene ring, there is a large bond, chemical bond bonding is relatively firm, can resist high temperature, shear, can form multilayer adsorption on the surface of clay. The main anti-collapse mechanism of this product is to cover and plug the bedding and micro-cracks of shale, prevent mud filtrate from entering shale, and reduce hydration and expansion. The use of complex drilling fluid in high-temperature deep Wells and collapsing mud and shale sections can not only significantly change the stability of drilling fluid, but also can use special groups in the molecule to physically and chemically interact with the drilling cuttings and the surface of the borehole wall to passivate the active points of the drilling cuttings and the surface of the borehole wall and significantly improve the inhibition and anti-collapse ability of drilling fluid. This product can be treated and compatible with dispersed and non-dispersed mud, and has synergistic effect. It does not need any additional conditions when used. After adding mud, it mainly shows that the filtration loss of mud is reduced, and there is no fluorescence display, and the resistivity is high, which is beneficial to the deep well to obtain complete and accurate electrical geological data. Products Usage :
This product is suitable for various freshwater drilling fluid systems and is mainly used as an anti collapse agent for drilling fluids. It has both viscosity and water loss reducing effects. The fluorescence intensity of this product is low, and it can be used in exploration wells.
This product can be directly added to various water-based drilling fluid systems, and the recommended dosage for the first time is 1% -2% of the circulating mud volume

Packing, Transportation and storage:
This product is packed in "three-in-one" bag, lined with polyethylene film bag, net weight of each bag is 25KG, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. In storage and transportation, because of its water solubility, avoid bulk, damp.
