Pressure blocking agent for drilling fluid is a special treatment agent. Type III and IV series products have been developed for different formations and wells. Adding this material to ordinary freshwater and seawater grade drilling fluids can improve the anti permeability performance of the drilling fluid. A low-permeability sealing film is formed on the wellbore to prevent drilling fluid and its filtrate from infiltrating deep into the oil reservoir. This membrane structure can seal a wide range of pores and cracks on the surface of rocks, making it suitable for multiple formations with different permeability types and has spectral application. After years of application practice, the effect of providing formation pressure bearing capacity, improving fracture pressure bearing capacity, reducing differential pressure sticking, and improving core permeability recovery value has been very significant in onshore and offshore drilling for oil layer protection.
Composition: Pure grade branched chain biopolymers, nickel oxide, high-strength cellulose, stabilizers, etc
Performance characteristics: Good compatibility with drilling fluid, strong compressive strength
Practical scope: Suitable for multiple formations with different permeability types, with spectral application type
Instructions and suggestions for use:
(1) It is recommended to use the drilling fluid with a quality concentration of 1.5-2% (or according to design requirements), and mix the drilling fluid with a pressure blocking agent and inject it evenly.
(2) The usage amount increases or decreases according to the physical properties of the formation.
Product Introduction
During the drilling process of oil and gas fields, drilling fluid leakage often occurs. For such easily lost formations, they are mainly divided into artificially induced lost formations (fractured formations) and natural lost formations (natural fractures). The methods adopted for these two types of strata are leak prevention and plugging. There are various plugging methods with different mechanisms for different types of formations, such as bridging plugging, gel plugging, super absorbent material plugging, liquid casing, etc., which have their own advantages in dealing with different types of formation leakage. However, many of the plugging agents mentioned above have a single plugging mechanism and uneven effects. Different plugging agents also have strict requirements for their suitable formations, which seriously limits the good synergistic effect of different plugging mechanisms and their plugging pressure bearing effect

packing
Using three in one packaging bags, each bag has a net weight of 25kg, with an allowable error of 0.25kg. Ten bags are randomly selected, with an average weight of no less than 25kg per bag, or packaged according to user requirements.
transport
In transportation engineering, it is necessary to avoid direct sunlight, prevent moisture, rain, and damage to packaging bags.
Storage
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse with a shelf life of 2 years. Products that exceed their shelf life should be inspected by the center and can only be used after passing the inspection.
Safety environment requirements
When operating, protective equipment should be worn. If it gets into the eyes or skin, rinse with plenty of water. When it falls on the ground, it should be promptly collected as much as possible, and the ice should be cleaned and the ground cleaned. Used packaging should also be properly handled to prevent environmental pollution
